Rooms are available from 15.00 pm and should be vacated by 12.00 pm on the day of departure.

Baggage deposit free of charge

The complementary shuttle service to and from “La Giustiniana” station is only available on request and only at the following times:

7.30 – 10.00 – 12.40 – 14.30 – 17.00 – 19.30 – 22.30

At other times the hotel arranges a taxi service to collect guests at La Giustiniana station. This is provided at guests’ expense.

On booking, your credit card details will be requested as a guarantee. All details are protected under Italian Privacy Law 196/200

Cancellation Policy :
All bookings, however they are effected, are subject to a cancellation policy and a fee will be applied should cancellation occur beyond the time limit imposed – specified at the time of confirmation – or in the event of non-arrival.
We therefore recommend you request this information at the time of booking.
